Tri-Island Race Series

2023 is the 11th season for the Tri-Island Series to be offered in the Kingston area.

We are pleased to announce that LAFARGE CANADA is sponsoring the 2023 Tri-Island Series.

The Tri-Island Race Series is comprised of THREE road races, the Tri-Island Series takes place on three different Islands between May and August. Participation is the key to this series as runners who complete all 3 events will be awarded the Tri-Island Series medal.

Race #1 Howe Island Hustle – Saturday May 7th. An 8k race held along the south shore of Howe Island, Ontario. Anyone who participates in this race is well on their way to earning the Tri-Island medal. A kid’s 1 mile race ensures fun for the entire family. Details here.

Race #2 Wolfe Island 5K Classic – Sunday July 9th. Besides the 5K series race, there is also a 10k race and Kiddie Kilometre (does not qualify for the Tri-Island). If you haven’t run this race before, it’s fantastic! Details here.

Race #3 Wooly Bully Races 10K – Sunday August 20th. Located on Amherst Island, besides the 10K, there is a 5K plus the 1K for the kids. This is a great family event. Details here.

Each race recognizes top overall and age category winners, earns you KRRA Race Series points* (see events to specify) and has lots of prizes and giveaways. The best part of completing this mini race series is the achievement medal earned. This has been custom designed and awarded at the Wooly Bully Races only to runners who complete all three races in the same year.
