Sponsoring the KRRA

The Kingston Road Runners Association is an all-volunteer organization. Each KRRA Race Director has the ability to acquire sponsors independently for the race they manage.

Some sponsors wish to have more access to the KRRA for the entire year. Sponsors who desire to support the KRRA as a whole, avoid having to deal with each of the several KRRA Race Directors to make arrangements for sponsorship. It is for this reason, the KRRA has chosen to build sponsorship packages for such sponsors, for ease of establishing a relationship, and avoid repetitive tasks simply to reach the widest possible audience, while supporting what the KRRA does.

The following tiers have been carefully established to reward sponsors for their commitment to the KRRA, it’s charities, and the community our running club influences. Each higher tier gathers the features of the lower tier, or increases frequency of feature.

Note: logos on shirts only apply when shirts exist and have logo placement.

PREMIUM – $2500 and more

• kit insertions or item handout at ALL events
• TWO graphic banners for KRRA website, design included
• branding on backs of distance A-frame signs (sponsor responsible for print costs).
• THREE aerial drone video, logo branding intro super
• FOUR event logo branding on individual photos for entire album
• FOUR race entries of your choice of event (shirt/medal/socks included)
• verbal / microphone mention at all events
• option to be present and identified when prize cheques distributed, for photo opp

GOLD LEVEL – $1500 to $2500

• ONE live and in-person presence at choice of event (booth, kiosk, tent, vehicle)
• TWO event logo branding on individual photos for entire album
• ONE aerial drone video, logo branding intro super
• THREE  race entries of your choice of event (shirt/medal/socks included)
• logo printing on race bibs (when branded bibs are available ie: Limestone Race Weekend).
• logo on Limestone Race Weekend medal lanyard ribbons

SILVER LEVEL – $750 to $1500

• ONE graphic banner on KRRA website
• TWO race entries of your choice of event (shirt/medal/socks included)
• branding & presence at AGM

BRONZE LEVEL – $500 to $750

• ALL logo placement: back of tech shirt, printed poster, KRRA website event page, online promo banner/graphics
• REPEATED social media mention [facebook, twitter, instagram] (hotlink): facebook page event, repeated promo posts
• ALL mention on all email correspondence
• circulation of all promotional material via sponsor 365KINGSTON’s social media network
• access to provide giveaways at or prior to each event.
