CONGRATULATIONS to all who participated in this year’s Resolution Run. The snow made for an unanticipated adventure. Kudos to the event’s new Race Director Scott Farmer, who tackled the job with vigour. Many thanks to all the volunteers, sponsors, cheering spectators, and runners. Please join us for the first race of the 2024 KRRA season, the 8km Resolution Run in support of Lionhearts Inc. The race this year is being held at the Centre 70 Arena with a double-loop race route through the Reddendale area.

This race is organized and supported by the Kingston Road Runners Association and supports Lionhearts Inc.

We have crafted programs to invigorate and reinforce the local organizations who are already doing the heavy lifting here in Eastern Ontario. We facilitate the logistics required for lionhearted businesses to safely and efficiently donate surplus food to local agencies who are doing the hard work to support our disenfranchised neighbours..”

Race Details

Race Kit pickup starts at 9:00am January 7th at Centre 70 Arena (Reddendale Room 2nd level) .

Race starts at 10:30am near RG Sinclair Public School.

Awards start roughly at 11:45am at Centre 70 Arena.

Registration fee is $45 with $5 discount for KRRA members. This year with your registration you will receive a fantastic Resolution Run 2024 Crew Neck Technical Tee-shirt.

The swag is available to the first 100 participants registered, December 12 deadline for size guarantee and to be eligible for pre-race giveaways. The balance of registrants choose their size on a first-come-first served basis for kit pickup on race day! While supplies last!

Registration for the 8k in-person race ends on Friday January 6, 2023 at 11:59pm (midnight). There will be NO race day registrations.
