The 2025 KRRA Limestone Race Weekend is fast upon us and there is big news to share…

The Limestone Race Weekend is the Kingston Road Runners’ marquee annual event. As registrations pour in, the event is on the trajectory to be the biggest in years. 2025 not only boasts a newly designed race shirt for participants, medals for all Historic Half finishers, and a slew of prizes from Gold Sponsors New Balance Canada and Runners Choice Kingston, but there’s news that will make running the Historic Half Marathon an even bigger thrill.

This year, the KRRA’s half marathon course will include running inside and through the historic Kingston Penitentiary, both out and back on the course.
