Run Swim Run
The Kingston Road Runners have joined forces with the team at the Wolfe Island Classic and the King Wolf Swim. This is the first year to take on three events in three days:
This 3-day event will comprise of:
- Friday 1 July: Limestone Mile (1 mile run starting at Kingston City Hall)
- Saturday 2 July: King Wolf Swim (5.5 km swim from Kingston to Wolfe Island)
- Sunday 3 July: Wolfe Island Classic (5 or 10 km run on Wolfe Island)
All finishers will received a special limited edition King Wolf swim/run/swim beer stein, handmade by Marc Lemieux at Black Dog Pottery.
To participate in the run/swim/run, simply register for each other events and then email Deborah Durbin at debo345@hotmail.com with proof of all three registrations. Limit of 10 entrants so don’t delay!
