The Run/Walk will start at 10:30 am on Sunday June 5th, 2005. The start/finish line is on Ontario Street between City Hall and Confederation Park, where the Kingston Symphony will perform a FREE CONCERT featuring 50 minutes of Beethoven’s best music. Great prizes and refreshments will be available in the park following the race.

The Course

The course starts in front of City Hall, runs along the historic Kingston waterfront, through the beautiful campus of Queen’s University, around City Park and back to Downtown Kingston and the Finish Line. This course is mostly flat, and suitable for both beginners and experienced walkers and runners.

Team Challenge
Take the Corporate or Open Challenge. A minimum of (4) four members from any one corporation, company, or affiliated club can form a team. Each member runs the full 8 km course. The top four team member times will be accumulated and the combined average will determine your placing in the Team Challenge category.
Each member must enter individually and each member must list the team name on the entry. Team members will also be eligible for individual time/age category prizes. First and second team places for each category will also be awarded.
